Organic clutch plates have improved out of sight over the
last few years and are quite durable and reliable if driven correctly.
The great advantage with organic plates is the drivability
of these
units, and of course they will withstand normal riding of the
clutch as in reversing out of a driveway. |

Materials such as Carbon Composite and Ceremetallic have a
higher holding capability but even these will not take prolonged
slippage. |
